In order to create an account with Global Sports and/or order and access certain services, products and areas provided by Global Sports (collectively, the "Services"), you are required to provide certain Personal Information requested by the online registration feature, ordering feature and/or other pages or functions within the Services. Global Sports does not currently accept any information submitted to or through the Services from children under the age of 13. Dispute Resolution
All controversies, claims and disputes arising in connection with this privacy policy shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all costs and expenses of the arbitration, including without limitation attorneys’ fees. If any provision of this privacy policy is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the privacy policy, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of the privacy policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
